After completing the massage therapy certification from the North Eastern Institute of Whole Health in 2019 and becoming licensed, I have since expanded my education in a variety of techniques to include: myofascial release techniques, manual lymphatic drainage, buccal massage, cupping, pre & post-natal massage, hot stone, hydrotherapy, sports massage, and more.

I draw from these approaches to create sessions that are tailored to each individual's preferences and areas of focus. I provide a professional, compassionate presence and take every measure to provide a calming, restorative experience.
